1. Confirmation & Payment (Placeholder)
A booking is confirmed once we receive the agreed deposit and send written confirmation. The balance is due before departure per the schedule in your itinerary.
Prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise and may change until the booking is confirmed.
2. Travel Documents & Eligibility
You are responsible for holding valid identification, permits, and any documents required for the regions visited (for example, protected-area permits in Ladakh).
3. Health, Safety & Insurance
High-altitude and mountain travel carries inherent risks. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and medical insurance. You should ensure you are fit for the chosen itinerary.
4. Changes to Itineraries
Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, permits, or other factors beyond our control. We will aim to provide a comparable alternative where possible.
5. Responsibility
ARTourism Holidays acts as a tour organiser and coordinates third-party services. Our liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.
