1. How to Cancel

To cancel a confirmed booking, notify us in writing at hello@artourismholidays.com or via WhatsApp at +91 79803 66767. The cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your request.

2. Cancellation Charges (Placeholder)

More than 30 days before departure: a nominal processing fee may apply.

15–30 days before departure: a partial charge of the trip cost may apply.

Less than 15 days before departure: a higher charge, up to the full trip cost, may apply.

3. Third-Party & Non-Refundable Costs

Certain costs (such as flights, permits, and peak-season hotel deposits) may be non-refundable regardless of when you cancel, as set by the respective providers.

4. Cancellation by Us

In rare cases (such as unsafe conditions or events beyond our control) we may cancel a trip. Where this happens, we will offer a reschedule or a refund as described in our Refund Policy.
